Guests are fully responsible for their conduct during their stay and for the safe, appropriate use of all villa facilities and amenities. This includes—but is not limited to—swimming pools, spa jets, waterslides, bathtubs, balconies, stairs, gym or fitness equipment, swings, rock climbing walls, fire pits, children’s play areas, and all indoor and outdoor recreational features. All such amenities are used entirely at the guest’s own risk. Sea to Sky Villas does not provide lifeguards, fitness instructors, climbing supervisors, or other professional staff unless specifically arranged in advance and these professional staff are subject to availability. It is the guest’s sole responsibility to arrange any professional supervision or instruction they consider necessary for safe use. By confirming a booking, guests acknowledge that they have read and accepted the full Short-Term Rental Agreement, which includes detailed terms regarding guest responsibility, supervision, and liability. Sea to Sky Villas is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or accident resulting from misuse, negligence, failure to follow provided guidance, or lack of supervision—particularly in relation to children or vulnerable individuals.
