Step into Villa Onira and you’re instantly drawn forward — magnetized by the view through wide sliding glass doors, where the infinity pool stretches toward the Ionian and the sea appears to fall away into the sky. The living area is central and open, with soft tones and natural textures that keep the focus on the horizon. To one side, a generous dining table offers space to gather. On the other, a bright kitchen with a breakfast bar makes mornings easy. Every space on this level shares the same western-facing view — the open sea, the curve of the mountain, and the light as it shifts from gold to violet.
Also on this level is the master suite: calm, spacious, and quietly elegant. Its ensuite bathroom offers a blend of indoor and outdoor elements, with a bath that opens to the landscape and a layout designed for comfort and privacy.
Upstairs, two ensuite bedrooms share a wide balcony that feels suspended above the valley. From here, the village of Agios Nikitas seems far below, the sea wide and still, and the sunset always within reach. The rooms are private and peaceful — elevated in every sense.
On the lower level, the tone softens. A private cinema lounge anchors the space, with a large screen for evening movies or quiet afternoons. Just beyond, a horizontal climbing wall brings a playful energy. Onira’s outdoor areas unfold in layers, each with its own rhythm. The main terrace is defined by the infinity pool — still and mirror-like, edged by a shallow ledge with two soft fountain jets. The pool appears to spill into the valley, its edge tracing the curve of the coastline below. Sunbeds line the terrace. Time slows here.
To one side, a sunken firepit area offers a place to settle in as the sky begins to change. To the other, a shaded pergola shelters the outdoor kitchen and barbecue, with a lounge area nearby — perfect for long lunches, or dinners that drift into the evening.
Follow the steps down to the second pool: a shallow, beach-style space designed for younger guests. Its depth ranges from 0 to a comfortable 1.2m and includes a waterslide sculpted in the landscape for added joy. Above, a +2 meter waterfall spills from the upper pool — gentle enough to swim beneath, striking enough to remember.
Nearby, there’s an outdoor shower, a guest W/C, and shaded seating tucked into the landscape.
